This one was inspired by my memories in college, when me and my now wife would walk around the city, doing nothing in particular.
There was a beautiful stream of morning light one day and it ended up inspiring this piece.
I started drawing during one of my classes and that doodle ended up becoming this chase scene, I tried to encapsulate the whole 2D animation pipeline in one scene to show them.
This one came to me in a dream, somehow. I saw a bunch of pipes, tangled up like vines and a little girl finding her way around a shoddy, run down building.
Here I wanted to encapsulate the dreary feeling of being lost and finding your way out. I also wanted to see how much information I could lose with atmosphere to really sell that feeling.
For this one I modeled a 3D base to explore a more 3D pipeline. Mood wise I was going for a breakup moment, when 2 people stop being friends and lovers.

Here’s a homage to the film ‘The Wild Robot’ I absolutely loved the environments in the film but I decided to go for a more earthy note.
This one came about in one of my university demos, the students came up with this mood and then I did my best to make it work painting wise.
In 2024 I worked on Invincible for a bit and got inspired to make this fan art. I tried to push the dynamism as much as I could.
