About me

Hi there! I am Ed Vargas and I am an Los Angeles based visual development and story artist. I am deeply interested in storytelling and for me design and story are simply different sides of the same coin. Because of this I have specialized in keyframes, color scripts and the intersection between design and story.

Since I was a kid I would spend hours upon hours drawing and always daydreamed about being able to bring my drawings to life. To watch them move. That’s the reason I became an artist, to make worlds and stories for people to live in and dream on. If you’re looking for a guy who is reliable, passionate and speedy, I’m the guy for the job.

I have 7+ years of experience in the animation and entertainment industry and a wide range of skills for both 2D and 3D productions for both feature films and television for companies such as Warner Brothers, Netflix, and Titmouse.
